Sunday, June 12, was our first big day in Jarabacoa. Church was at 10 am in an open air building at the Ark and it was all in Spanish. This included the Bible reading, the prayers, the sermon and the praise songs. We were able to intermingle with the kids too. That afternoon, we went to a waterfall to cool off for a bit. Then in the evening, we all went to the VanderMollen's home to work on some vbs projects. This was followed by a trip to Bon, a downtown ice cream shop.
